We use various treatment techniques for each individual depending on the assessment; these treatment techniques include acupuncture, myofascial release, tapping, electrotherapy, manipulation and mobilisation.

We also can do home visits to carry out assessments and treatments for patients who are unable to attend the clinic.

We can offer assessments and advise on 24 hour postural management including wheelchair, comfy chair and sleep system assessments. we are also specialised in assessment and advise on peoples' moving and handling techniques.

Vasu has been working in NHS fife as a highly specialised musculo skeletal physio therapist for last 14 years in and around fife. He completed his masters from Queen MargartUniversity Edinburgh in 2003. He has been working exclusively in MSK conditions for last 14 years.

He is qualified injection therapist from UCLAN Preston and has Diploma in orthopaedic physiotherapy. He worked as a consultant physiotherapist for many teams and has extensive knowledge on sports injuries and MSK related conditions.

Vasu uses evidence base practise along with complementary therapy to address the problems.

Praveen Yarlagadda

Praveen has worked as a physiotherapist from 2002. He completed his master’s degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2002 in India and he had worked in musculoskeletal outpatient clinic until 2004 before relocated to UK.

He has over 14 years of experience in various fields of physiotherapy. He has been working with adults with various neurological conditions. He is also qualified moving and handling assessor and trainer.

His special interest includes musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, neurological conditions and 24 hour postural management.
